Joshua Leasure

Joshua Leasure is a senior business and technology leader with broad experience translating scientific innovation into commercial and operational outcomes across energy, industrial, and environmental markets.

Over his career, Mr. Leasure has delivered more than $240 million in revenue impact through technology commercialization, product development, and strategic market expansion. He has led the launch of more than 30 global products and built cross-functional alignment across research, manufacturing, procurement, and commercial organizations.

He currently serves as Senior Manager of Procurement Process and Operations at Kraton Corporation, where he leads enterprise initiatives in procurement transformation, operational efficiency, and global supplier strategy. Previously, he held multiple leadership roles at CARBO Ceramics, including Director of Global Technology Sales, where he managed international commercial strategy and multimillion-dollar revenue portfolios.

Mr. Leasure holds five issued patents and has authored twelve technical publications. His work has been recognized with the SPE-OTC New Technology Spotlight Award, World Oil Award finalist recognition, and the BP Helios Award for Excellence.

He holds a Master of Science in Polymer Chemistry from Bucknell University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Juniata College.
