Higher Education
Contributors from higher education institutions play a crucial role in the BCarbon Advisory Group. Universities and colleges are uniquely positioned to shape the carbon space as drivers of innovation and research, as well as educating future scholars and leaders in climate science, technology, policy, and sustainability programs. Their involvement adds credibility and scientific rigor to our work and to discussions taking place about the voluntary carbon market, while also serving as critical partners in implementing our work. Our contributors in higher education include affiliates of 10+ research institutions and both academic faculty and students. These contributors help to facilitate a symbiotic relationship between BCarbon and higher education that leads to meaningful collaboration.
